Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds of deposits made for special event bookings or bookings for peak holiday periods (Christmas/NewYear/Easter/School Holidays). Otherwise, we will gladly refund your deposit less cancellation fee of $25 for a Cabin or Unit and $12.50 for a Powered Site/Ensuite Site. A full refund will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of your booking being made. There are no refunds of site fees paid on or after arrival
